The village of Les Praz is in the cradle of Chamonix valley. Big mountain house is two minutes walk from the village, where you will find ski hire, a grocery shop and a news agents. Good local food is avalible in hotels and restaurants that will suit all budgets and lively bars to complete your evening. Situated in the center of the village is the ski lift to Le Flègére and Le Brevant. Also train and bus stops to access Chamonix center. Plenty of beautiful forested trails for walking and cross country skiing leave from the door step.
